What is the secret to Fitness Xcellence’s great success?
There are several secrets to our success. The most important is contained within the mindset of the Client and the Trainer’s ability to inspire the Client, as well as, provide the Client with the necessary tools that he or she can realistically apply within their busy lives. I haven’t met too many negative people who have ever been highly successful. Admittedly, they (the Client) may be frustrated with themselves just prior to discovering our program, but once they commit to the program and truly desire to implement the healthy lifestyle changes we provide, they will do extremely well…and there are no exceptions to this! In other words, once I share positive thoughts and apply inspirational techniques within the Client’s program, 100% of the time the Client will get great, if not exceptional results! The amazing power of “Accountability” is one of the other great secrets to the success of our Program. And we have discovered a very successful “Accountability” technique!
How is the Fitness Xcellence training program unique?
I believe what makes our training style unique is I’ve been blessed with the ability to overcome most Clients’ “perceived” obstacles by teaching them ways that they can apply the principles of the program, as opposed to their excuses of why they can’t! Also, we create a varied style of workouts and make the resistance training part of the program interesting, challenging, and enjoyable…all at the same time. Our program really centers around training individuals from the inside out…not the outside in! As stated above, success begins first in the mindset of the Client!
What type of results can I expect as a Client?
Every Client is unique and results vary based on two key factors; genetics and adherence to the six (6) key principles of the Fitness Xcellence Program. After years of training I have found that those who adhere to the principles that we have built our program around, benefit the most, both from a physiological and psychological stand point. Bottom line, our goal at Fitness Xcellence is to “maximize a Client’s genetic potential”…and that should also be one of the goals of the Clients!
Why can’t I simply join a gym and get great results?
Gyms are great, and I feel there are some intelligent and qualified trainers in some of the local gyms. The difference in a gym is you may or may not get the personal attention that we provide in our setting. Gyms are most interested in generating strong membership sales with contracts that vary in length. A well run personal training studio is most interested in a “commitment” on behalf of the Client, not a binding contract. We just have found a way to make personal training more affordable with a comprehensive program that focuses on all 6 Principles needed for any successful health & fitness program.
Do you work with anyone and everyone, regardless of their physical condition?
I’m not a Physical Therapist, meaning I’m not qualified to work with those who require muscle or joint rehabilitation. The Fitness Xcellence Program is best suited for individuals who have good joint mobility, although they may or may not have worked out in several years!
Is it okay if I sign up after a 12 week series has already begun?
Absolutely! We have many Clients who sign up after a 12 week series has begun, granted there is availability in the particular class that he or she wishes to join. The key is being able to commit to a long enough period of time to reach your health & fitness goals, regardless of what point and time you get started with us!
