My name is Kelli DeFatta. I am the wife of Blake and we are the very proud parents of our beautiful five year old daughter, named Sydney. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University. In 2001 I furthered my education at The Cooper’s Institute, earning my Personal Fitness Training Certification. For 10 years I was privileged to work under a former Ms. Olympia competitor. Blake and I decided to venture out on our own in April of 2009 and have been blessed with a combined clientele of 100 Clients per month. In my spare time I enjoy playing with Sydney, gardening, and cooking.
About Kelli
Very Important Note!
No Client can walk into the Fitness Xcellence Program and keep their bad habits and poor choices and expect to get much benefit from the program!
Quote:
“I feel that a “Successful” Personal Trainer has to have the ability to keep the Client focused through inspiration, encouragement, and positive reinforcement techniques…intangible skills I strive hard to teach!”
At Fitness Xcellence, we assist you in defining “realistic” goals to work towards and we place realistic time frames on achieving those goals. Once you reach your goals, we then set new goals to work towards together!
