My name is Blake DeFatta and I am the husband of my beautiful wife, Kelli. In 2004, we became proud parents of our precious little daughter, Sydney. I am a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and I received my Personal Fitness Training Certification from The Cooper’s Institute. I began my personal training career on a part time basis in 1998 and since then, I have successfully trained hundreds! In early 2009, Kelli and I decided it was time for us to go “full time”, enabling us to positively impact and influence as many individuals as we could in the area of health & fitness! We have been very blessed to find such positive careers and to be able to do something we’re so passionate about…that is helping others live a healthier life!
About Blake
Very Important Note!
No Client can walk into the Fitness Xcellence Program and keep their bad habits and poor choices and expect to get much benefit from the program!
Quote:
“I feel that a “Successful” Personal Trainer has to have the ability to keep the Client focused through inspiration, encouragement, and positive reinforcement techniques…intangible skills I strive hard to teach!”
At Fitness Xcellence, we assist you in defining “realistic” goals to work towards and we place realistic time frames on achieving those goals. Once you reach your goals, we then set new goals to work towards together!
