Principle #5 – Sufficient Rest

At Fitness Xcellence we believe it is critical to provide your body with enough rest and we place a lot of emphasis on doing so.  Our bodies recover while we sleep and this very important factor should not be overlooked!  Everybody’s amount of sleep required differs, but we definitely all need it!

Monday & Wednesday

  8:15 a.m. -   9:15 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  4:30 p.m. -   5:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday

  6:00 a.m. -   7:00 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  3:30 p.m. -   4:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.
