Resistance Training (“The Workout”) is the component of the program that is handled during your class time.  In summary, it involves a variety of muscle improving moves that vary from class to class.

Monday & Wednesday

  8:15 a.m. -   9:15 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  4:30 p.m. -   5:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday

  6:00 a.m. -   7:00 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  3:30 p.m. -   4:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.
