For some, Cardiovascular Exercise is a critical component of the Fitness Xcellence plan.  The benefits provided through cardio include improved strengthening of the heart and lungs.  For those who need to do so, it allows the body to literally burn fat as a fuel source, enabling the client to reveal greater muscle tone!

Monday & Wednesday

  8:15 a.m. -   9:15 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  4:30 p.m. -   5:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday

  6:00 a.m. -   7:00 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  3:30 p.m. -   4:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.
