You WILL NOT “diet” within the Fitness Xcellence program, but learn how to make healthy food choices that make eating pleasurable!

  6:00 a.m. -   7:00 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  3:30 p.m. -   4:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.
