Group Training

At Fitness Xcellence we have created something quite unique!  Our goal when we started was to create a small group training scenario that offered the feeling and benefits of one-on-one personal training.  Fortunately, we were able to accomplish this by keeping the group very small.  Our trainer(s) are very qualified and have the ability to design workouts that lend themselves to offering assistance to all the clients within the group training session.  Another great benefit of small Group Training is it makes personal training more affordable, yet yields the same results!

The groups become like little families and they really look forward to seeing their fellow participants at each class each week!  It has really worked out even better than I had anticipated!

We at Fitness Xcellence subscribe to the philosophy of muscle confusion, meaning each workout will vary to some degree.  This does two things; #1-Keeps the body from adapting which causes it to positively change and #2-Keeps the classes from becoming routine & boring!

Monday & Wednesday

  8:15 a.m. -   9:15 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  4:30 p.m. -   5:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday

  6:00 a.m. -   7:00 a.m.
  9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
  3:30 p.m. -   4:30 p.m.
  5:30 p.m. -   6:30 p.m.
